Vince Cable confirmed as keynote speaker on Sunday of Regional Conference

Vince Cable MP will speak at Joint SW Regional Conference on Sunday 1 February

Shadow Chancellor Vince Cable MP is confirmed as the keynote speaker on Sunday 1 February in the final agenda for the South West Liberal Democrat's Joint Regional Conference published today.

Vince will be the final speaker closing the conference at Sunday lunchtime. Delegates will already have been treated to one of the most exciting programmes offered to Lib Dems in the South West for many years. Speakers include

• Lib Dem Leader, Nick Clegg MP

• Vince Cable MP, Shadow Chancellor and Deputy Lib Dem Leader

• Chris Huhne MP, Shadow Home Secretary

• Graham Watson MEP

• New Lib Dem President Baroness Ros Scott

The conference will also be attended by MP's, Councillors and council leaders, Parliamentary candidates and key campaigners from the regional and national party.
